I'm just curious. Is there anybody on the chat message room that has met their goal and maintained it by using O! alone? In the O! book Jill says "no" to dieting, but just eating right with "oxygen rich" foods. As a junior member, I would love to hear from you Smile! I think the only string that I have read about it was by another junior member that has a friend that has done it for three years and kept it off - which enticed her to join. Eek For all of the ladies that I read about everyday, I love your encouraging words and inspiration Wink.

Just wanted to reply to your post ....I can not anser questions on LONG term weight loss becuase I have only been doing this for a little over a month now.

What I can tell you is....I have lost 7 pounds in the last few weeks, becuase I have adjusted my eating habits and have continued to do my Oxycise. For many of us...who want to get the weight off (for GOOD)....We are supplementing the O with LOW-CARB Diets. For me....it has dematically increased my weight loss....more then anything else I have tried.

I believe that some inches and weight would have come off ONLY using O, however, if you really want to "Jump START" your weight loss....LOW-CARB....High Protein is the way to go.

I have TRIED every Diet and gimick out there (well MOST of them)...and this combination is the ONLY thing that has given me encouragement that the weight is going AWAY. I have 7 pounds to prove it....in a little over a month. That is pretty good...I think. I still have 18 pounds to go, but my goal is within reach....!!!

Just a NOTE....if you start LOW CARB Diet along with your O....Remember, that you will need to make a lifestyle change. If you do Low Carb....then lose the weight....then you CAN NOT go back to eating regular. I did that one time before and gained all my wieght loss back and MORE. Eek So if you do it....do it for your health and make it for good.

Hope this helps.....??? Big Grin

Please....Join us and post daily in the Accountabilty Section of this forum. I think you will enjoy the encouragement as you begin your journey to good health.

God Bless you....and have a great day....!!!

Thanks oxycisegal. I guess I was hoping that some of the people from the homepage would share their stories and encouragement, for those who have yet to meet their goals. I'll take it that they are just too busy getting on with their
"shaped up" selves and O!ing, to check on the forum! and that's okay.
I understand about the Low-carb diet. I went on that after my first child, and lost all I needed to lose in about 2 weeks. I was fortunate enough to keep it off, until my next child 4 years later. I thought it was one of the easiest diets I've ever done, and the weight just seemed to melt off. However, now, with 2 children, it is more difficult. My girls love pasta and rice, bagels, macaroni and cheese, burgers fries etc. Even if I were just to eat the meat and a salad, or green beans etc. They look at me like "why don't you have to eat this?" So, I have to just try to cut back on some carbs when I can. But, stick with it, you have the right attitude! Cool
