I've just read Jill's book, and while it really sounds interesting, it also sounds too good to be true? Does it work?
thanks!

It's not too good to be true! It's not a quick fix, but most of us have had some sort of good results right away. If you stick with it, and don't sabotage the good results by overeating, you are bound to have good results, too. At least, that's my opinion!

I agree with Jennifer. Give your best efforts to this program and you will have true health benefits. I just posted my 9 month progress report today, and if you read it, you'll know that I'm totally convinced Oxycise works!! If you need help understanding the breathing technique, Julie has posted some good tips at the top of this forum under "Announcements". Join us on the daily thread for encouragement and support.

yes! Yes! YES! I have lost 55.5 lbs. since mid-March doing Oxycise and Weight Watchers. I haven't measured inch loss but the tone in my body is so much better! I still have a way to my goal but really feel I can acheive it! Have gone from a size 24-26 to an 18. I Oxycise 5x a week -have started yoga and planning to add Pilates. But this is from someone who NEVER EXERCISED. Oxycise has made the difference!

Wow! That's great.

I'm also doing Weight Watchers along with Oxycise so its inspirational to see how well they work together.

I've thought about starting Pilates sometime; not any time soon since I just started Oxycise less than 2 weeks ago but within the next couple months when I start to hit a plateau, which I know I will. But everyone seems so love and swear by Oxycise so its still a possibility but maybe I could also go up a level when I do hit a plateau. But Pilates still sounds really cool.

And again, you're doing awesome!

Kathy,

Oxycise DOES work!!! I've been doing it for almost a month and I've gone from a 14 to 12. People think that I've been lifting weights...have not lost any weight but the toning is WONDERFUL. I use the Upper body & Abs video and finally have toning up my lower abs. I had a c-section with my son and thought that toning my abs was a hopeless case. PMS GONE!!!
