Things have definitely slowed down, O-buddies, as far as how fast I continue to lose. However, I'm still losing...and that's what counts!
In 11 months I've lost 66 pounds and 27 inches from chest, waist, hips, and thigh. Only 5 pounds to go to reach my goal! Thanks again for all the help and encouragement you all have given me!!! |

Susanna, Congratulations! What an accomplishment. I think it's normal to slow down a lot as you near the end. Soon you'll be maintaining- and enouraging us on!

Thanks for your encouraging words, friends. I just have to share this with you, too. My goal was to be able to comfortably wear size 14 again. Well, today a friend who was cleaning out her closets, brought some clothes over that she couldn't wear anymore, for my daughter to try on. Can you believe that I can wear 2 of the size 12 skirts and even 1 size 10??!!! I'm so excited!!!

I appreciate all of your encouragement ladies! This has really been so much easier than I ever thought it could be. Just having all of you here to chat with has really made it much more fun, too.
Linda, I think one of the most important things is to find an eating plan that you can enjoy, so you will stay with it. I use the Change One plan from Reader's Digest. My son is using Atkins, and while it works great for him, I know it just wouldn't work at all for me. I just can't handle all those meat & eggs first thing in the morning, day after day. And then, of course, consistency with Oxycise...when I do it at least 5 days a week I lose, but any less than that really hinders progress. |

Wow, you are an encouragement! I have only been on Oxycise for one week and lost 1 lb. and 7 & 1 1/2" measuring in 4 places. I am doing "O" everyday for now, but haven't changed my diet too much yet. Thanks for your report and continued succesful weight loss and then maintenance!!

this plan has worked so well for me, and I really believe it can work for anyone. One lady I email with told me that she was eating her Change One breakfast, but then she told me what she had...and it WASN'T according to the guidelines. She's already given up on it and switched to another much more radical plan which I would find very hard to stay with! So, please really go by the outline of Change One if you're going to try it. It's easy, it's very sensible and doable!!! I can hardly believe I've lost so much weight this way!
