Hi Susanna,
Wow that is encouraging. Thanks for sharing your results so far. I want to lose 15 or 20 but I am really interesting in inches lost too. I think that is so great you did that. Did you combine any other excerise with it. Keep up the great work. Hugs, Polly

We're in this together! You all help keep me encouraged and on track. Thanks a bunch! Big Grin

Polly, Oxycise is the only exercise routine I do.

Yes, Shelby, if I can you can too!

Oxycise Gal, I only have Jill's book and the commuter tape. My "secrets" are to record everything I eat, and only eat things I really enjoy. I didn't like the idea of journaling when I started, but I soon realized that keeping track of what I was eating was the best way to tell what worked. I also record exactly how I feel each day, and the highlights of the day. The Change One plan from Reader's Digest has been my guide as far as calories and food combinations. We aren't really supposed to post our diets on here, but if anyone wants an outline, I'd be glad to email one to you. Oxycise makes me very tired, so it is usually one of the last things I do each day. Adding 5 pound dumbbells to my routine has really made a lot of difference. I use them for at least half of the workout, wherever they "fit".

Kelly, Ellen, & Jennifer, thanks for being there for me.

I know we all experience fluctuations in our weights, and I just want you all to know that it doesn't always go down for me either!!! For a few days now, it's been up 2 pounds, and I think I overdid some of the extra exercises, so I've been too sore to steadily Oxycise. Frown I'm not really discouraged, but want to be honest with my O-buddies. Razz

I've done 16 reps so far today. I just have to spread them out a little since my hip is so sore. I think I should stick to the gentleness of Oxycise!!!

Thanks to all of you for your nice words of encouragement again.

Hugs, Susanna
