Keep doing it. Sometimes it takes awhile to see progress. THIS is the only way I found that work. I have a whole entire home gym. I've been at a plateau for the past 2 years. Last week I realized that the only thing I changed is no oxycise(lost my tape). Today I am back here searching for replacements and seeing if everyone is still doing it. I lost 25 lbs. the last time I did it on a regular basis.

Hi Carol Ann!
That's great you're doing it with gusto. Don't worry about not seeing any changes yet. Some people (me included) noticed changes on the inside first, such as sleeping better, skin smoother/firmer, eyes brighter, etc. I personally am a very slow loser. I've been on this program off and on since 2002. Most of the time I am between 5-10 lbs of my desired weight. I notice when I am consistant with my breathing, drink lots and lots of water, and eat healthy foods, the weight comes off faster. Just be patient Carol Ann. You will notice one day. Sounds like you're doing everything right, just hang in there and be consistant. Hope this helped you. Until next time... Susie |

Hi carol ann,
The most important thing you can do is to make sure you are doing the breathing technique correctly and with a lot of gusto, so be sure to review the Introduction to Basic Breath and Technique video or DVD before beginning the workout. You can also email info@oxycise.com to request that the Oxycise! Breathing Tips be forwarded to you. Most people find the breathing tips very helpful in making sure that they are doing everything correctly. Powerful breathing combined with real muscle work will make your workouts most effective. Please keep in mind that all of the videos/DVD's can be done with little effort or extreme effort (gusto) depending on how powerfully you do the breathing and how powerfully you flex and contract all your muscle groups. That means that much of the challenge is placed upon the participant. Also, below is a link to our website where Jill answers questions about Oxycise! results and maintenance: http://www.oxycise.com/FAQ/results.htm Stick with it! All bodies are different, some people may not see the scale go down at first and some may even gain a couple of pounds as their body is gaining muscle. Be sure you are drinking lots of water and eating healthy foods in order to achieve fastest results! Good luck and keep on breathin' Kirstine Oxycise! Staff |
