Friends,
I am so surprised. I hoped to lose just 1/2 lb to 1 lb during the first week, but I lost 4 lbs!!!
I didn't even feel the weight coming off or anything! I noticed that my moods have improved and am able to climb 3 flights of stairs easily without all the panting and puffing I used to.
Sorry, I didn't measure myself initially, but my usual 'tight-fit' jeans and tops are loose when I wore them today!!! This is so encouraging!
I've been eating healthier too, and I am interested in the Change One plan that Susanna is following. More info. would be appreciated. (I am a complete vegetarian, I cannot eat meat, so pls. let me know if that diet would work for me?)
Thank you friends, for all the support. Will post again tomorrow for any more changes etc.

Lavanya

You're making wonderful progress! You'll soon be a new woman if you keep it up! Big Grin

If you just drop me an email at susannaok7@hotmail.com, I'll send you more info about Change One. I'm sure you can use it with your vegetarian meals also. It's very "tweakable"!

Way to go, Isn't it nice how it just slips away with out us noticing. Roll Eyes
I guess we expect to hear it leaving Big Grin What a Great feeling. I think this is the best program i have ever been on. I kinda checked out the web site for the Change one, But-- I have never been one to pay a price to see what foods were good for us to eat, & the FFS has served me well Smile
Think i will just stick w/it, don't want to confuse my body now, i am pretty much a vegetarian, so i did not have to give up much &i don't like breads that made it easy too.
Good luck to those who have succeeded on different diets. I just don't like to count & weigh I would rather pick from a list of good foods and eat what i want. "Makes my Day" Big Grin
