After using Oxycise for 6 weeks, my weight has dropped from 194 to 190. Although less than what I wanted, I'm happy with that & the change in my measurements:
chest: -1.5" waist: -2" belly-button -4" (hard to believe that, isn't it?) Hips -1.5" Thigh -1" I live about 20 miles from my office, & started using Jill's tape while driving in this past week. I felt that the extra breathing/exercises done with the tape helped get my weight down to 190--I had been stuck on 192 for 13 days. The change in weight moved my BMI from obese to overweight! My goal is still to get to 155. I turn 55 the end of June, and wanted to get back to 155 by then. I may not make 155 by my birthday, but will keep working until I get there. Thanks, Sam |

Great results! Keep working on it. Just doing the commuter routine helped kick your body into a higher gear. When you do the routine at home, do you breathe in as deeply as possible and out with "gusto" as Jill says? I found that I was not doing that before & when I started doing it, I saw better results.
