WOW!!! I've stayed with it for 8 months. If I can, anyone can!!!

I haven't lost quite as fast recently, because of my fall in July, but I'm still making progress, so I'm happy.

Starting weight Jan. 17, 2003 226 pounds
Current weight Sept. 17, 2003 169 pounds
Goal weight (by Dec.?) 155 pounds

I went from being "obese" to "overweight" & now I'm out of that range also!!! This feels SO much better!!!

My family is proud of me, and I do feel really good about the progress I've made.

I'm not sure about pictures, Kelly. I was really camera shy, and don't think I have any "befores".
