First I have to say I have done O for the past three months longer than any exercise program I have
I started at 132 ans my goal is 120. I am at 126 the lowest I have EVER been. I am keeping active and walk or do the Leslie Sansone 2 mile tape. My inch loss has been amazing. I lost my original sheet so these are just estimated start measurments: Chest 36-now 34 waist 31-now 28 1/4 hips 37-now34 3/4 thign 20-now 19 I will keep you posted on how long (not if) it takes to loss my remaining 5 pounds |
