No weight loss. Down 1-1/4 inch in waist. Body fat percentage down 2 points this week! ---- I've got some serious losing to do if I'm going to make my goal this week. It would be sort of sad if I didn't make the very first weight goal I have set for myself.

Wow, EmBe!! 1-1/4 inches off the waist in a week is STUNNING!!! You MUST be building muscle if your weight stayed the same. I sure hope you reach your goal though. But a couple pounds short isn't so bad at all.
