Hi, all!

I just wanted to let you all know that I HAVE BROKEN MY 6-WEEK PLATEAU and have lost 4 1/2 inches since last week!!! My new total of inches lost since May 13 is 28 1/2 inches!!

I no longer fear plateaus. I now realize that it's your body's way of adjusting and making internal changes. If you keep up with the program, eventually your body will start responding and you will see results. I feel very motivated to keep up with this program for good, and I am so glad I didn't give in and give up.
