Down a total of 4 1/8 ". I'm happy about this because there were only a couple of days the past week when I drank very much water. Only lost 1/2" in waist and nothing in hips or abdomen but, I'll take it wherever I can get it off! But those are the areas I need to lose the most
 Overall, I am still amazaed at how great this program is! |

I don't know how to edit - but the "total of" is for this past week - does not include last week!
