Hi friends,
I haven´t reported in about 5 weeks, so here goes. In the last 5 weeks I have gone down one half pound. I can now see the value of measuring in more places because my rib cage had gone down 1 inch, but other more common places to measure had gone down very little. Congratulations on your losses! I especially think it's great that you were able to go on vacation, have a good time and not gain anything in the process.

Just a thought, While in Costa Rica in meetings, there was a large bottle of water at everyone´s seat at all times. We drank lots of water the whole time, then race to the bathroom during the breaks. Maybe the water helped? I sure ate plenty of good food, but I was careful at breakfast, and I´m sure oxycise helped too. KOB! Jennifer |

To answer your question, Tama,I have gone down 6 lbs since July 14. I didn't measure until the middle of Aug and had gone down 3 1/2 lbs, but since then I have lost 6 inches (measuring ribs, waist, hips, and 1 thigh.) I would still like to lose 8 or 10 more lbs, to reach my goal of 120-122 lbs. I'm sure I could have lost much more and more quickly if I were more strict with my eating, but I don't think I would be able to keep up strict eating for very long and would get discouraged. Before starting oxycise I had lost 17 lbs slowly over about 2 years by increasing protein and decreasing carbs, and cutting back portion size a bit. I have NEVER had so much muscle in my whole life and I love it. So, there's a long answer to your short question! Thanks for asking. Jennifer |

You are doing GREAT...!!!
You are RIGHT....I have noticed my biggest inch losses off my lower chest area (just below bust)...the thickness around my chest is gone...No more "ROLLS". I am sure the breathing helps that part. My waist has gone down a bit too. It is slower going on the other body parts, but still going....!!! Yeah...for you...!!!! "The Lord Is my light and my salvation...Whom shall I fear..???"
