Today is Day 21! I did Oxycise on 20 of the last 21 days, which is pretty good consistency for me. Oxycise isn't the only exercise I do. I run, do pushups and situps, and various other excercises. However, I've noticed that Oxycise has really strengthened my Abs (like many people, my weakest area).
Anyway, my measurements didn't change this week, but I lost another 3 lbs, so the total loss for the last 3 weeks is 10 lbs and 1.75".

Your consistency has been great, Larry. Keep that up! It's good to hear how O! stacks up in comparison to your other exercises. Yea for those stronger Abs (and 3 pounds lost)!
Good for you Larry! I just received my level 1 video yesterday. They talk about 30 reps...doesn't doing the whole level 1 video the same as doing 30 reps?
