Hi Everyone:
Finished my 3rd week and am feeling pretty good about myself I'm losing the inches off of my upper body and gained an inch on my upper arms, did it just shift? And my skin is improving. Granted when I started oxycising, I also started a night cream to firm up my face, but I think the combination of both is getting rid of the white heads on my forehead, as I attribute that to fatty tissue, (no where else to go, so let's head to the skin) I'm getting bored with Easy Does It, Level 1, should I try the next level or try the regular program of L1. I don't want to get something that is going to be hard and not do it. Thanks all for your support. You have no idea how much it means to me. I forgot to mention (how could I, 'cause it's a biggie). My bowel movement has changed drastically. I'm more constipated that ever before. It bothers me and I also contribute that to the weight gain. I don't want to take laxative, anyone have suggestions?

Three weeks! That's great! I understand what you are saying about the differences in your body. I have noticed it also. Even though I have a looong way to go, I noticed that I move better and am more agile than I have been in years. As for the tapes, I like L1 and L3. L2 is a little too much for me. There are two positions that you have to pull your leg up behind your back and I have too much BEHIND back there to be able to do that yet Now, as far as the constipation problem, I have that problem usually anyway, but have learned that if I eat more fiber in my diet and drink at least 64oz of water daily, it really helps. It isn't hard to eat more fiber. I buy FIBER ONE cereal. It has 14 grams of fiber for 1/2 cup of cereal, so if I eat a cup of it every morning it gives me the recommended amount of daily fiber which is 30 grams! I eat it with skim milk. EASY! If you eat alot of vegetables,you probably wouldn't have to eat a whole cup. But, if you increase your fiber, you MUST drink alot of water or it will set up in your intestines like concrete. OUCH! Well, there is my input on things! I have had alot of success with this program and am so grateful for this website. It is such a help to be able to post each day and read everyone's posts of determination & results and if someone is down,there is help for them here. So stick with it and post every day at the D2L O! thread and you will make it!!!!! Good luck!
