Sorry I haven't been here for almost a month . Although I had minimal change during the month of June, my weight did drop 5 pounds since week 19, & my measurements are 4" less.

The last 3 weeks, my weight has not changed, but my measurements continue to drop, so I feel I am still making progress.

Hope that all of you had a very Happy 4th of July--I got to go to a zoo @ Cheyenne Mountain (Colorado Springs) with one daughter & her 3 boys who are ages 9 months, 21 months, & 5 years. Pushing the stroller for 2 up & down the path going through the zoo was a great workout, & I'm certain that my having been doing Oxycise 23 weeks helped me survive the fun we had!

It sounds like you had a fun holiday. I got to see my grandbaby briefly yesterday. She's 19 months old and a handful!
