I have been on Oxycise since July 26th. I have lost a total of 9 inches and 18 pounds. I am so hooked on this program! I have decided to become a distributor because my friends are starting to see my success. My husband keeps telling me how great I look. I am loving this!!!!
Congrats to you on your wonderful success with "Oxycise". Your results are truly amazing! I'm very proud of you! Now tell us, are you also watching what you eat? Are you doing anything else besides "O" to add to your weight loss? As the others said, join us on the Daily Support and Accountability section. We would love to get to know you better and support you!
Until next time... Susie

I am on my way to look for D2L, but I wanted to answer the questions about diet. I am watching what I eat to a small degree. I have cut sugar and salt from my diet on a large degree. I have become creative with how I season my foods so I can eliminate salt. I hope this is permissible, but I would recommend a product called Dr. Braggs Amino Acids. It is a salt substitute that tastes great and gives your body the essential amino acids it needs. I also try to drink 100 ounces of water every day. Now let me say, I also eat at least one or two slices of cake everyday. I would probably loose more weight if I cut the cake. I also try to eat at freah veggies several times a day.
Diamond you are doing great!!! I'm trying to drink more water. I controlled the tempature in the office today and was able to drink at least 56oz at the office and not including what I drank at home and will continue to drink this evening after my evening workout. I just order level 2 workout. I know it will continue to challenge my body. i'll measure this weekend.
Diamond it sounds like you're doing the right things and still get to enjoy your cake. Wow. good for you. Susie would be proud if she read you drank 100oz of water every day. That's great. On my good days i usually manage about 70 to 80 oz.
Come and find us on the D2L. We'd love to hear about your progress.
