Wow! Awesome!

Do you have one of the Tanita scales for measuring body fat?

I find it interesting that we have the same BF%, yet I weigh 275lbs, I always knew I was dense wink

Keep up the good work!

Tracey!

Amber,

There are several ways to figure out BF%:

1) buy a Tanita scale and measure yourself at home
2) go to a health club and have them measure you with the fat caliper things (you can buy the calipers for home use, but it's easier to have someone do it for you)
3) have a submersion test done at a lab type place.

Obviously, the easiest way is with the scale.

A Tanita scale is a scale which tests body fat percetange along with weight. Tanita is a brand name. There are probably other manufactuers which make them, but Tanita was the first and most common.
