It's time to get serious! I gained two pounds this week!!
My TOM is due to visit soon ( I hope....or maybe I don't....I'll explain that some other time) so I could be retaining fluid from that. I'm good about Oing 6 days a week and I'm pretty good about getting in some other fun exercise. I drink lots of water (at least 96 oz. a day). So....that just leaves one area I need to concentrate on. I want to have new successes....so I'm fixing to get serious. Please help keep me accountable!!! Kelly |

Okie doke, Kelly, don't sweat the weight gain. Keep in mind muscle weighs more than fat (something I had to be reminded of when I gained 4lbs, but lost inches.)
Just keep up your commitment to O! and whatever else you like to do, and drink plenty of water. You'll get where you want to be! Especially since you're getting serious! Take care everyone, and KEEP BREATHIN'! Susan in Kuwait |
