Well, I'm almost over with week two and have not lost pounds or inches. In fact yesterday I even measured an extra cm on my right thigh
I don't know what I'm doing wrong, coz the breathing feels the way it should. And Ive been doing at least one L1 a day for 5-6 days both weeks. My food intake is the same as before - I stopped starving myself, but I haven't gone overboard. I also have at least 3 low fat dairy servings a day. I hope I'm just a late starter. But a couple of pounds or any difference would do a lot to boost my morale right now. TD. |

Hi TD. I understand how you feel...but you might want to read a post under "General Discussion". It's down towards the bottom...posted on 1/25/03 and is titled "I've been doing Oxycise for 3 weeks and have not noticed any change". Julie gives a reply to her that might help you stay encouraged. Hang in there!

Thanks Laura,
I read the reply. The key is not to give up - that would be taking the easy way out. I guess I have to start thinking differently. A person who has always been thin just kind of takes their body for granted. I wish I had felt better about myself when I was thin. TD. |
