I decided I'd keep posting even after week 12. My weight didn't change at all (a nurse told me it was because I'm strength training.) but some of my measurements did. I'll keep it up and hope to have even better results next week!!
Weight: 179 Chest:39" (do I really want to lose that???) Waist: 34" Hips: 43" Thigh: 20 1/2" Upper Arm: 11 1/2" See you next week! "The glory of God is a human being fully alive!" |
