I haven't reported in since July 17th and I don't really have much to report now, but I still want to post here once in a while to keep accountable. Since July 17th I've lost just 4 pounds, .5" bust, .5" ribcage, 1.25" hips, .25" thigh. But, I sure feel better and more energized in this week or so, even with a cold, since I started being faithful to O! every day.
