Hi, all!
Down another 1 1/2 inches since last Sunday (one inch off the hips, 1/2 inch off the thighs). Total inch loss since May 13..42 inches! WOOHOO!!
Which is great, because I just finished a HORRENDOUS TOM
, and I thought I had gained 20 pounds of water, I was so bloated! YUCK!
Tried on my overalls today, one of my goal clothes. Getting looser around the legs. Don't think I'm going to make my goal of being able to wear them comfortably for Xmas, but, that's OK.
I see slow improvement, and that's all that matters. I did order myself an egyptian cotton sleeveless shell from L.L. Bean to wear under my cardigan (which is another one of my goal clothes). I will definitely be able to wear that for Xmas, and I'm so happy about it. So, there's progress. Also, this is the first time I've EVER worn ANYTHING from L.L. Bean, so this is a triumph in and of itself!
Well, we are digging out from the first big snowstorm of the season. We got about 18 inches of snow.
Really beautiful outside, though. I'm glad we're going to have a white Xmas. I must say, this is going to be one of the happiest Christmases I've had in a LONG time, because I'm healthier and slimmer. The season of miracles is upon us.
Congrats go out to all the "losers" this week and positive vibes go out to all the "plateauers". Geesh, another long report...sorry!
