I just completed my first session and thought I would post my measurements to keep me motivated. I found the workout to be fairly easy and it went by fast. I am hoping to be able to get up a little earlier in the mornings (like 5:30) to do the workout then if I leave exercising for after work I always find some excuse not to do it!
Here are my stats: Height: 5'3 Weight: 220 Bust 47.5 Waist 45 Hips 50 3/4 Thighs 30 My goal is to go from a size 18W to at least size 12. Wish me luck everyone, Will post next week Boomergirl |
