We were gone last weekend, so I am reporting two-weeks progress:
Weight change = 8 pound reduction Measurements--some up & some down = .25" reduction What made me feel great was my slacks are too big, & I've been able to dig out some old ones that I couldn't begin to wear a short time ago My BMI is not @ 28; although not good, much better than when I started at 30. Since I restarted in January, I've lost 14 pounds & 8" (chest, naval, waist, hips, & thigh) Sam |

I agree with Kelly. You are doing really great, keep it up. My question is also the same, are you "oing" everyday? Are you "oing" more than once a day? I remember you mentioned you are eating healthy, are you doing anything else?
I ask because I am not losing inches with "O". Never have. I hold most of my weight in the trunk area and am always frustrated because of the lack of loss and weight. I have been on the Atkins program since Dec. 1st, and lost 25lbs. from that but seem to be adding weight lately. Any suggestions for me since you are having such success?
