Hello All,
My back is feeling better every day  and today is my weigh in day and I lost ONE EXTREMELY HUGE POUND. I will be changing my signiture for all to see. I will be doing the happy dance for most of the day. I thank you for your support and if all continuse as it has so far I should be able to start my weights again aroung Thursday. 203 BY 2003 current 241 XOXO Amber |
