Time to report in. Last week I O!ed 6 days,twice a day. I weighed this morning (even though I said I wouldn't--just couldn't stand it any longer.) I've lost 4.5lbs! and in inches I've lost:
Bust 39 3/4 (-1 1/4) waist 36 1/4 (-1 1/2) hips 45 1/4 (-1 1/4) weight 175.5 goal for this week is to continue to O! twice a day for 6 days, but to do the level 1 tape in the morning and the commuter tape at night and to follow my diet. I hope everyone has a good week. fatigued |
