Are 2 routines really necessary? I wouldn't mind but I have 6 kids & school here in france is tough-lots of homework.

I've seen results only Oing once a day, 6 days a week. There are lots of folks that only get to O! once a day so don't feel like you are slacking or anything!!

Hi Shelby

No, I don't believe that doing more than 1 routine a day is necessary BUT I have a lot to lose and for me... it helps. I do Level 1 every morning (31 days in a row now) and IF I can, I do Level 2 in the evening but I can't manage to do that every night. I work full time out of the home and some nights I just feel too tired to do anything!!!!

I love doing it-I was just wondering if you lose faster that way. I've been trying to do 20 extra breaths per day.
