Ok, this isn't just for one week. I was getting in a few O! workouts over about a month, but it was just in the past week that I got down to business and did it every day. Thanks to all your encouragement!!
I lost 1/2-inch from thigh and 1 3/4-inches from my stomach. I can't say waist yet cause I don't have one. LOL My midsection is where the majority of my weight has taken up residence. So even though I didn't lose inches anywhere else, I'm very happy I lost it around the middle.
I didn't lose anymore lbs. and in fact I went up 1 lb. to 171.
