Well....I'm starting to get disgusted with myself. When I first started Oxycise, I lost a total of 44 pounds. I always allowed myself about a 4 pound "cushion" that I would fluctuate around. Well, I have to be honest (both with myself and all of you) and admit that I am now 6 pounds above that bottom figure. My inches had stayed the same, but today I noticed they were "straining" a little. I am going to HAVE to buckle down!!! However, I'm having a birthday this week and I want to enjoy eating out AND having birthday cake.
I'm going to expect y'all to hold me accountable starting this time next week. There! I've said it....now I'll have to stick to it! Kelly |

Kelly, I know what you mean about the inches straining. After I quit being totally faithful about my workouts, I'd pull the measuring tape as far as I could just so that my inches wouldn't change.
Don't be too hard on yourself. Just kick yourself in the butt (if you can...I can't - my knees won't go up that far yet) and commit yourself. Don't worry, we'll keep you honest! Take care everyone, and KEEP BREATHIN'! Susan in Kuwait |
