BUT #1: I feel great and I feel I can go on with this plan. Now that is really something to feel happy about, right?

BUT #2: reading Julie's post yesterday (wasn't that just great?) I made a commitment to work harder on my workouts. Work towards that "burning sensation" in my stomach at EVERY exhale. Started right this morning with the rope warmup, the weights and the - for me - super hard A&UB1 workout and did work pretty hard.

SO: I'm all set for an upcoming VERY successful week, right? ;o)
