Well.....I just measured myself and have lost 5 inches from all over this week!!!! That makes a total of 30 1/2" since February!!! wooooohoooooo

Thanks for your congratulations. I haven't weighed myself for years - threw the scales out so I really don't know how much that loss would be in lbs. I'm just happy feeling my clothes getting looser and getting into new sizes
