Here is the first of my weekly statuses:

I have now finished my 3rd full week. I have yet to miss a day, and 5 out of 7 days I do BodyFlex in the morning and Oxycise! in the evening. So far, I have lost 5 inches total in 3 weeks. I have lost 1 1/2 lbs. It seems excruciatingly slow to lose, but as long as I keep losing something, I will be happy. I can only imagine how much slower it may have been if I only did one a day! I am just thrilled that I don't have to sweat, put on special clothes, or run!

SmileDebbie, keep up the good work. It sounds like you're off to a good start. When you O!, make sure you put a lot of gusto in the inhale/exhale. I found that really helps. Hang in there.

Hey Debbie way to go! You haven't posted in a bit so I am wondering how you are progressing? Isn't it great you don't have to sweat? lol I love that too.
