I never took that shopping trip. Too chicken!
We've been sick here (all 6 of us!) this past week and I only got in one or two workouts. I still lost 2.5 pounds (maybe because I was sick?) and I lost a half-inch off each thigh. I'm back, though, with gusto! Thanks for all your words of encouragement. It means a lot and it keeps me going! Don't you just love getting a superior cardio workout without the sweat and bounce? Elizabeth I am with you on the not sweating thing!! The two things about summer I detest are biting bugs and sweating.
This week I am down with a migraine. I tried to O! on Wed. but only got thru a few breaths ...gee I wonder why. Today I will do all of one tape but only the breathing part not the poses. I find when I am ill or getting over being ill the best place for me to stand is at the kitchen counter so if I feel dizzy I have something to hold onto. I also have the benefit of looking out onto the lake which is lovely! Until next week. |

I agree that it's wonderful to have such a great workout without all the sweat and bounce! It's much more my style! |
