I did O every day, a few twice, began using Jill's eating program on day 4. Wt loss: 5 lbs Inches lost: 2 1/2 Yeah! |

Congrats on your loss- that is amazing! I haven't had any luck in the month I've been doing it, but I'm not giving up! I realized I was doing the breathing wrong but I think I finally got it down pat. Are you doing anything else like dieting or other exercises? I wish I could have your success! |

Thanks! Yep, I'm pretty much following Jill's book Fuel for Success. I don't know if you've seen it, but I am eating mostly fruits and veggies, with some meat at dinner. No junk fod (I don't even want it cos the fresh fruit tasts so good). I am really trying to stay away from diet pop too. Fresh, real food, stop when I am full. So far this week the scale has stayed the same, with the week half way over. But that's not a gain! Keep trying. |
