Hi, all!

Lost another inch! Total inches lost since May 13...44 1/2 inches!

Then...

My tape measure broke.

I don't know what I'm doing to these measuring tapes...I must be pulling them too tightly. Oh, well, back to Wal-mart.

I threw my back out yesterday picking up my son, so I'm going to take today off then do L1 with no weights for a couple of days until I feel better. I probably will take tomorrow off from my walking tape, too.

Well, I probably won't be posting until next weekend, so....

I'm glad you're still doing so well. I had to laugh about the tapes. I buy mine at the Dollar Store...I usually stretch them out of shape instead of breaking them. You must be tough!
