Hello, all!

This has been a very interesting week. I have posted that I wasn't feeling very well this week...lots of pain in my glutes and hamstrings. I took people's advice and rested this week. I only did L1 once with weights, I only did my walking tape once, and for the rest of the week I SLOWLY did L1 with no weights because it just felt really good to stretch. I kept up with my water and ate well, but on Halloween we went to a party, so I indulged on chocolate and other goodies. Roll Eyes

Big GrinSTILL...2 INCHES LOST! Total inches lost since May 13, 34 1/2 INCHES!!!! WOOHOO!!! Big Grin

This week I'm going to try to incorporate the weights back into L1 slowly and try to do 3 days of my walking tape, but I won't overdo it. I don't want to get an injury. Then I'll really be up the creek.

There was a post recently about what rewards besides food should you give yourself if you reach certain goals. Well, my husband has been so proud of me that he bought me a new bedroom set and 2 new barstools. I'm very lucky to have him and his support. Big Grin

Congratulations to everyone who has made progress this past week, and prayers and thoughts to the people who need them. And thank you for the support you have shown me over these past months.

Take care...

That's wonderful! Good for you, when you were sore, you just did it slower and carefully. You have come so far- how nice that your husband is so excited for you (and him!) too. I am really happy for you, and you help keep me going.
