This is Day 7 for me, so I took some measurements and weighed myself. I've lost 1.25 inches and 4 lbs. Smile

Looking forward to seeing more results.

Larry that is awesome! I am sure you are thrilled.

I was hoping I would see some results this month but I did mine last night too and they actually stayed about the same, maybe just one-quarter of an inch loss is all but then again I have only been consistent for about two weeks straight.

I hope you have continued success!
