Well after 3 days on my new eating plan (my weigh in day is Thursday, however I only started on Monday) I've lost 2.4 pounds! My inches are still the same, but I think once the eating gets under control and the Oxycise and AquaFit kicks in all together, I'll begin losing inches again!

I started the e-diets online program. It's similar to Weight Watchers, but a bit more structured, however less structured than Jenny Craig. It's based on the American Heart Association recommended diet and seems to be working well (so far!) for me.
