Did a total of 6 O! sessions and walked with Lslie Sansone twice for a total of 3 miles.

You're right, EmBe, that is something. There've been lots of weeks when I didn't have any change, but that's just the body's way of adjusting to losing. Keep up the good work!

That's great, EmBe! I think 1/2 in. at the waist is actually a lot, considering that is usually our largest area. Congrats!

EmBe Way to go,
I really enjoy my workouts, tho doing 2 back to back does get a bit of sweat going but it's worth it since i started last week on 2 and mixing them & changing 1 different every 3 days gets a good workout for sure. |

2 back to back, Blue Eyes! That's ambitious. I do that once in a while, but definitely not every day. But I sweat even doing one session of O, so hopefully that means I'm getting a good workout too!

I am usually on the go most of the day and don't like to be idle, so i like to go overboard u might say. i guess i believe i wil get where i want to go faster have a good one & keep on breathing |
