Alrighty then...here's the damage for my 3rd week of O!
WAIST: -1" UPPER ABS: -.5" LOWER ABS: -2" THIGH (L): -.25" UPPER ARM (L): -.25" Everything else, including my weight, stayed the same. Hey Susan, those are pretty good results for not feeling well. Two inches off your lower abs - I'm jealous!!!
