Weeellll, I always say any loss is better than no loss and certainly better than a gain! Most of my measurments stayed the same this week. I DID lose 1/4" from my right thigh (now both sides are even razz ) and 1/2" from my left upper arm (ALSO now making both arms even). My weight stayed where it was, even though, I have to say that I didn't get on the scale until after I'd eaten breakfast and had two quarts of water, so I don't know how accurate that is.

All in all, I'm satisfied that I didn't gain anything considering what a total pig I made out of myself this past week. red face

Take care everyone, and KEEP BREATHIN'!

Susan:
Your post was an encouragement. Okay, this is only my 2nd week, and at the beginning of the week, measurement time, I lost 2 lbs, and 1 inch off my waist, 1/2 inch off hips, and 1/2 inch on one thigh, making mine even also. big grin
I'm keeping at it, but get discouraged when I need a sweet and eat it and then wish I didn't, although, I really have no guilt trip (too old for that). I'm amazed at this, and it feels too good to be true, but will keep on O'ing to see if it really is working. roll eyes

Maureen,

Oxycise is the first thing that I have found that I actually want to stick to. I have alot of weight to lose and it always seemed like such an impossible task, but since I have been doing oxycise, I don't know what has happened to my attitude, but I notice a definate difference. I
LOVE sweets, especially chocolate, and in the past, I have not been able to stay away from it, but this time, I guess it is the results that I saw right away that make me not want to "blow it" by eating stuff I shouldn't. One thing that I have found that helps me with the sweet tooth is
fat free, sugar free instant pudding with lite cool whip on top. I put it in a pretty glass and it really is good. I like the chocolate(of course)
also,I mix a vanilla and a banana together, then
stir some cool whip in when I serve it. It tastes like banana cream pie. sometimes I cut up a banana in it too. YUM YUM !! big grin

Sorry, I didn't mean to go on & on, but I am so excited that I have found an exercise that I can actually, physically do, that I tend to babble roll eyes

Good luck with your program. Have faith in yourself and if you need a boost, just let your fellow O'ers know & we will help. wink

You two are great! smile

Maureen, I know what you mean about wanting sweets and then wishing you hadn't eaten it. I wish it was only ONE sweet. I have had a couple of binges this past week involving boxes of chocolate seashells from Guylian. Those are SOOOOOO good! I only hope they haven't had an adverse effect on my measurements this Sunday. red face

The really great thing is that even though I've not eaten properly, I know the O! works, so if I have any setbacks, it's my own fault.

Take care everyone, and KEEP BREATHIN'!
