I've lost 2 pounds and 4 inches this week. I got my L1 in 7 times and a commuter in once.

My goal is to be relatively 36 26 36 by August 28, and right now I'm 41 36 46. I've got a ways to go, but I'm not giving up.

I really want that saggy baggy stuff below my belly button to go away! It shrunk a whole inch this week.

I need to buy new jeans, but since summer is almost here, I'm hesitating and just finding smaller belts to keep them up! I put on a pair of shorts earlier this week that I couldn't wear last summer at the same weight! Not bad.

God, please bless all these wonderful people who are striving to be better stewards of the bodies you have gifted them with. Please shower them with the graces they need to make it through this day. In Jesus's name, I lift up to you all of these people.

E

Way to go Elizabeth!! I'm proud of you!

Thanks, too, for the beautiful prayer. I've thought a lot this week about whether I'm really taking care of this "temple" the way I should! I've just finished Beth Moore's study on the Tabernacle and one of the last day's lessons addressed this issue. I appreciate the prayer!

Good work, Elizabeth!

And, that is a nice prayer. I'm going to remember that one.
