Hello...
Shockingly, I lost another inch!  This happened despite not working out for 7 days, being sick, not taking my green tea extract for 7 days, eating birthday cake and drinking mudslides and cosmos! I guess my illness cancelled out my birthday debauchery?  I will measure again on Tuesday...I'll be back on schedule then. See ya then! Donna  |

Hope your family is feeling better, my sister & parents in ohio came down with something they were all sick for hrs w/ one bathroom in the house must have been rough
 Dr. told them it was some sort of virus going around for 24-48 hrs. Today said they felt a little better. I believe at that point rest is best. Have a good eve. |
