I am pretty happy with this week's results since I have been so sick and totally unable to do this consistantly.
Here are the numbers: waist: -1" upper abs: -.5" lower abs: -1" right thigh: -.5" weight: -1 lb The rest of the areas I measure stayed the same, so I am very pleased! Man, when I finally get over these infections, I am going to REALLY kick BUTT!!  Take care everyone, and KEEP BREATHIN'! Susan in Kuwait  |
