This week, everything pretty much stayed the same, except I lost a whole inch in my thigh! Weight and all other measurements stayed the same.
Since it's my PMS week...I'm not really surprised. So in 2 weeks, I've lost 1 pound and 1 1/2 inches! Not exactly record breaking...but I'll take it! Laura |

It's true! Every little bit does count. I am a slow loser. A 1/4 inch here and there! (I would probably lose more if I didn't eat bread at all!) I've also noticed that during that time of the month I either stay the same or gain some weight. It's kinda irritating!
