hips 46 (no change)

weight 200 (loss of 1/2 pound)
47% body fat

That's a weekly loss of
1/4 inches
1/2 pound
1% body fat.

And a total loss of
4 inches
4 pounds
1% body fat

Not bad for the of non-effort i''ve put into the last few weeks. I'm off to put on a tape!
