 :Little happy dance: I'm down one pound which means I have reached my very first weight goal with 2 weeks to spare. I am now within 100 pounds of my final goal weight. It sounds like a lot but I don't care because I know as long as I stay on the track I'm on, it'll all come off eventually.  (By the way, this means I've lost a total of 18 pounds in 17 weeks. I like that I'm losing slowly. I've lost weight quickly before and it just seems to me that it feels better, steadier, more natural going slow.) Congrats! I can testify that as a slow loser I haven't gained a thing back in all the time I've been doing O!

I have lost 16.5 kilos or 36.3 lbs. I have been serious about O! since Sept 2002 and ChangeOne since Dec 2003. I am losing slowly compared to some but I know I'm making changes for the rest of my life.
