Hi all...

I measured again today, and since Thursday the 13th I have lost another 1/2 inch around the chest! Total inch lost since May 13...37 1/2 inches!!!

One of my clothing goals has been met this weekend. I have a pair of overalls, a sweater and a pair of really cool running pants that have not fit me forever. Well, the running pants finally fit and fit great! So happy, I cannot begin to tell you. What a great impetus to keep going.

My father-in-law came by today and commented on my weight loss. This is from a man who never has a kind word to say about anyone. Needless to say, I was floored.

Congrats to all the "losers" this past week and prayers and positive vibes go out to the "plateauers".
