I am late posting this because I was able to take care of my grandsons yesterday
Although I re-started Oxycise January 5, I actually started trying to lose weight December 21, 2002. (I started my New Year's resolution 10 days early.) My initial goal was to get down to 155 by my 55th birthday-- June 23. Although I'm not going to make that goal, I am confident that I will be around 166. My new goal is to get down to 150 by August 20. As a side note, I don't recall if I have mentioned that I have arthritis in both knees. What I started trying to loose weight, I needed to wear braces on both knees when I went for long walks. I still have some discomfort with my left knee at times, but I don't have to wear the braces any more Sam |

Yipee!!! You have done very well. Keep up the good work. You have a good attitude! Good news about your knees too. When I started Oxycise, I had heel spurs and could not stand for long periods. They are so much better now. Oxycise is a wonderful thing!!!!! Alicia |
